Day 15: SF

We’re at the Phoenix a few hours after the Sacramento show. Naturally i can’t sleep after nodding out for the entire bus drive. Insomnia rules. Next day back at Slim’s, soundcheck is good and there’s none of the bullshit that Rachel and our crew got when we were here three weeks ago… That being said, half an hour before show someone nearly takes my head off with a frisbee out the back of the venue. Survived that and, aside from the rest of the band not wanting to mash “Into You Like Train” and “It Goes On” like me, it was a stellar night with this SF audience – tons of energy and great sound. Definitely a favourite of this tour. zzz
