14: Asheville, NC

I love Asheville. Only been here once before and that was in a sweaty van with the Pleased in 2004. Opening for the Psychedelic Furs. I’ve now progressed to being with the Furs sans opener. But the town is the same neo-hippy kind of place that reminds me of home and supplied this vegetarian with enough menu choices and record stores to make up for the rest of the deep south. Even a veggie hot dog form a stand! Great venue, great sound, some cool people and a Moog to mess with. Done.
