Day 02. Orlando, FL

First bus night was not the best rest but this view good to wake up to. It got better inside. This Hard Rock Hotel is pretty amazing really. I mean its built to look like Hotel California and it has all the rock memorabilia cheese but let’s face it, some Kiss boots and an Elvis suit is really not to be sniffed at. It also has those cool little coffee makers that make decent coffee, a plethora of sugary sweets laid, a ping pong ball and pictures of the Beatles. The lobby staff sign off with a “take it easy™” at the end of a conversation. Ok. Ok. Mars and I wandered the Universal Studios stuff for a bit after soundcheck – i checked out the Harry Potter stuff which opens tomorrow (dang) and got fried in the sun while waiting for him to do some coasters… No, I’m not doing that stuff right before a show.

Tonight’s show was hot, loud, sold out and exuberant of audience. Hung out with some good friends after the show and then the moon kept me up late, late, late… just about all night.
